Healing Is a Return to Connection

Healing is not just about fixing what is broken. It is about restoring what was disconnected.
Connect with God
First, we connect with God—not to find ourselves in Scripture, but to find Him. When we truly see Him, we begin to understand who we are through Him. His voice quiets the noise, replaces lies with truth, and reminds us that we are safe.
Connect with yourself
We sit with our emotions. We examine our thoughts. We gently bring our minds back into alignment with truth. Healing requires honesty and the courage to listen inward without shame.
Connect with others
We were never meant to live isolated lives. Healing happens in presence—in conversations over coffee, walks, laughter, and shared silence. Isolation can feed fear, bitterness, and distortion, but connection restores perspective and reminds us that we are not alone.
Connect with creation
We connect with nature not as an escape, but with gratitude. The sunlight, air, and trees are reminders of God’s provision. Creation can nourish our bodies and calm our nervous systems. He created it for us to enjoy.
Disconnect from the noise
Finally, we disconnect from distractions that keep us from hearing God. Silence and solitude can be a meaningful part of healing.
Healing begins when we return to connection—with God, ourselves, and others. I love you all, and I am praying for you.
I encourage you to make the most of this community by stepping outside your comfort zone: comment on posts, participate in community events, and consider going deeper through the Made for More Collective and Healing Circles as they become available.
