This website and all of its contents are the property of Fight For Our Health LLC (“We”, “Us”). If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site. Fight For Our Health LLC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access to this site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
Fight For Our Health LLC offers Christ-centered education, coaching, courses, and community support for spiritual, emotional, mental, relational, and physical well-being. Our services do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, prescribing, or crisis care. Jessica English serves as a teacher and coach and holds PRT coach and IIN Integrative Health Coach certifications. These certifications are not medical or mental health licenses.
Our content is general education and is not a substitute for individual care from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay evaluation, disregard professional advice, stop prescribed treatment, or change medication because of information shared here. Discuss health-related changes, including supplements, nutrition, movement, and mind-body practices, with an appropriate professional who knows your circumstances. New, changing, severe, or unexplained symptoms require appropriate medical evaluation.
Teaching about the brain, nervous system, stress, neuroplasticity, and pain reprocessing does not establish the cause of your symptoms, is not a diagnosis or mean that a condition is harmless or psychological. It is intended that the User use these practices within your abilities and alongside appropriate care. You may pause or decline any exercise. Prayer, Scripture, and Christian encouragement are offered as spiritual support. We do not promise healing, and ongoing illness does not mean that you lack faith, have failed spiritually, or have not worked hard enough.
Results vary. We do not guarantee, without limitation, pain relief, symptom improvement, weight loss, recovery, income, or other outcomes. Personal testimonies describe individual experiences, not expected results.
Contributors speak from their own experience and expertise and not on behalf of Fight For Our Health LLC. A profile, credential, post, or directory listing does not establish a professional relationship with you or guarantee competence, licensure, suitability, or results. Our selection of contributors for community participation is not a personalized clinical referral. Before a User hires anyone, it is prudent for the the User to independently review qualifications, licensing when applicable, services, fees, insurance, and terms. Services arranged directly with an outside professional are governed by a separate agreement between the User and that professional. Fight For Our Health LLC does not benefit financially from any separate agreement between the User and a professional.
Discussion of supplements, genetic wellness, or other products is purely educational and does not establish medical necessity or suitability. Product purchases and testing may involve separate providers and terms. We may receive affiliate compensation. Community posts and messages are not continuously monitored. These Terms govern the websites, community, and educational resources of Fight For Our Health LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”). Our Health and Education Disclaimer and Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Notice explains information handling. Registration and purchases require affirmative acceptance of the applicable Terms.
Membership is available to adults age 18 and older. The User is required to provide accurate registration information, protect your login, and notify us of suspected account misuse. You may create a free community account after completing registration and any required email verification. A free account does not include contributor privileges or access to separately paid resources. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, or bypass access controls.
Our teaching follows Biblical truth and our Statement of Faith https://community.fight4ourhealth.com/statement-of-faith/. Members must respect this Christian purpose and follow the conduct rules. Respectful questions are welcome. Harassment, threats, demeaning treatment, and unlawful discrimination are prohibited and will result in removal from community.
Free membership provides only the benefits listed for that membership. Courses, coaching, events, and paid memberships may have separate prices and access periods. Before purchase, we will display the price, billing frequency, any automatic renewal, access duration, included benefits, cancellation method, and refund terms. A one-time course purchase does not itself create a recurring membership. Course access is not described as lifetime unless expressly promised in your purchase terms.
Paid memberships automatically renew monthly at the price disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal. Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date shown in your account.
You may cancel through the subscription settings in your member account or by emailing connect@fight4ourhealth.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain your paid membership benefits through the end of your current paid billing period. Canceling a paid membership does not itself close your community account or cancel access to courses purchased separately.
Membership payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days, except as required by law. We may approve exceptions individually. Please contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges.
Courses purchased separately are one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. You may request a refund by emailing connect@fight4ourhealth.com within three (3) calendar days after purchase if the course was not accessed. If a refund is issued, access to the refunded course ends. Otherwise, course access continues for the period disclosed at checkout. Courses included solely as a membership benefit remain available only while your paid membership access is active.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
Cancellation stops future renewals as disclosed at checkout. Legally required refund rights remain available. We will give advance notice of material pricing or billing changes and obtain consent where required. Changes will not retroactively remove benefits owed under a purchase agreement.
We and our licensors retain ownership of our courses, lessons, recordings, workbooks, branding, and other protected materials. Your access is a limited, personal, nontransferable, revocable license to use materials for your own learning during your access period. Downloading of materials is available only where offered. Without written permission, you agree that you may not redistribute, resell, publicly repost, share paid access, scrape protected content, or use it to train an AI system or create a competing course. These restrictions do not eliminate rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. Contributor content remains subject to its owner’s rights.
Users are expected to speak honestly and treat others with dignity. By using this website. the user hereby agrees, without limitation, not to bully, threaten, sexually harass, post hateful abuse, impersonate others, promote illegal conduct, or share another person’s private information. Do not post material you lack permission to use. Share personal experiences without diagnosing members, directing medication changes, promising cures, or presenting unsupported health claims as established facts. No spam, scams, pressure selling, unsolicited promotional messages, or collection of member contact details for marketing. Contributor approval does not excuse these rules.
You may not upload, post, or transmit any video, image, text, audio recording, or other content that:
You retain ownership of your original posts. You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and technically format them as reasonably needed to operate the community and deliver them to the audience you selected. This is not permission to sell your story or use your name, image, health details, or testimony in advertising. We will seek separate permission for promotional reuse. This license ends when content is removed from active service, subject to limited backups, legal retention, and copies already shared with other members.
Only share information you are comfortable making available to your selected audience. A private group is not a guarantee of confidentiality or a clinical record system. Do not screenshot, record, download, or redistribute other members’ discussions without permission, except where necessary to report wrongdoing or exercise legal rights. Do not upload medical records, genetic reports, or identifiable information about other people. We cannot guarantee that every participant will follow these rules.
We may review reports, limit posting, remove content, decline applications, or suspend or end access for safety, legal compliance, misuse, violations of these Terms, or conduct inconsistent with the community’s stated purpose, subject to applicable law. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. We do not promise review of every post. Report concerns or request review of a moderation decision at connect@fight4ourhealth.com. Termination does not erase applicable refund rights, confidentiality duties, or records retained lawfully under our Privacy Notice. Honest reviews and lawful complaints are permitted.
We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, or particular results. To the extent permitted by law, resources are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes nonwaivable rights or liability, including responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Contact connect@fight4ourhealth.com to seek an informal resolution. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings. We will identify the effective date of changes and provide notice of material revisions; renewed acceptance will be requested where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

All aspects of our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, including all design elements, text material, logos, taglines, metatags, hashtags, photographic images, personal stories, icons, video and audio clips, personal training sessions, and downloads. No material on or provided through the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way whatsoever. Nothing herein gives you the right to use, copy, register as a domain name, reproduce, or otherwise display any logo, tagline, trademark, trade name, copyrighted material, trade dress, trade secret, or other proprietary or confidential information owned by Company. Commercial use of such information is strictly prohibited, except as provided otherwise in these Terms.
Subject to your continued strict compliance with all Terms, Company provides to you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicenseable, non-transferrable license to use the Website. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any material protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website in any unlawful manner. You further agree not to commit any unlawful act or attempt to commit any unlawful act on or through the Website including, but not limited to: (1) hacking and other digital or physical attacks on the Website; (2) publishing vulgar, obscene, or defamatory material; or (3) any other unlawful act.
These Terms of Use shall be construed neither against nor in favor of any party, but rather in accordance with the fair meaning of the language hereof. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the balance hereof.
