These Terms of Service apply to the Fight For Our Health website, Healthy & Whole community, Made for More Collective, programs, courses, events, resources, forms, and related communications. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or program, or using these services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create a community account or purchase a membership. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Your chosen community name is your public display name, while account and billing records may retain the identifying information reasonably needed to operate the service.
Fight For Our Health provides faith-based education, coaching, peer support, and community. It does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency services, or a substitute for licensed professional care. Results are not guaranteed. Symptoms, pain, grief, anxiety, fatigue, relationship concerns, or other needs may have many causes and should not be treated as proof of weak faith or a single underlying issue.
You remain responsible for your choices and for seeking qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional support when appropriate. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.
Healthy & Whole is the free community. Made for More Collective is a paid recurring membership. The founding offer is $47 per month when displayed at checkout. A paid membership renews automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.
You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account tools or by contacting connect@fight4ourhealth.com. Unless the checkout or a written offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees are generally not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods, missed sessions, seasonal breaks, or unused access, except where required by law or when Fight For Our Health confirms a billing error. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Prices, schedules, and included benefits may change. Any material change affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal where required.
Made for More ordinarily includes Tuesday 7:00 PM small groups, Thursday 12:00 to 2:00 PM office hours, live teaching on the first Thursday evening of most months, and ongoing challenges, check-ins, application, and calling-focused growth. Planned seasonal and holiday breaks are part of the program rhythm. Specific dates and availability may change, and private joining details belong inside the member space.
Events, courses, coaching programs, and separately purchased resources may have additional terms, prices, schedules, eligibility requirements, or refund information presented at registration. Some services use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, video meetings, or other features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
Authorized contributors may include relevant affiliate links in their posts or resources when permitted by Fight For Our Health. A link may be associated with a contributor’s own independent affiliate account, and that contributor—not Fight For Our Health—may receive a commission, referral fee, discount, free product, or other benefit if a reader clicks, signs up, or purchases.
Contributors must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material relationship in plain language within the same post, close to the recommendation or link. A contributor may not rely only on the general disclosures in these Terms or the Disclaimer.
Affiliate links do not make the linked products or services part of Fight For Our Health and do not create a warranty, guarantee, or endorsement unless expressly stated. Contributors remain responsible for the truthfulness of their content, compliance with their professional scope and legal obligations, and the accuracy of any claims. Fight For Our Health may label, limit, or remove affiliate content, or restrict posting privileges, to enforce these Terms or applicable law.
Fight For Our Health materials are owned by Fight For Our Health or used with permission. Unless written permission says otherwise, your purchase or membership provides a personal, limited, nontransferable right to use the materials. You may not copy, sell, publish, teach from, distribute, scrape, record, or create derivative products from protected materials.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content in a community area, you give Fight For Our Health a limited license to host, display, format, and transmit it as needed to operate that area. Public use of a healing story, testimonial, recording, name, likeness, or private prayer request requires the separate permission described at the point of submission or in a written release.
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, comply with law, investigate misconduct, or maintain service security. We may also discontinue a service, with appropriate notice or remedy where required by law.
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight For Our Health disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as our services change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these terms may be sent to connect@fight4ourhealth.com.

Fight For Our Health respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect through our website, Healthy & Whole community, Made for More Collective, programs, courses, events, forms, and communications, and how we use and protect that information.
Your community name and anything you share in a community area may be visible to other members who have access to that area. Do not post medical records, financial information, passwords, or information you do not want other members to see. Private prayer requests and healing-story submissions are reviewed only by authorized team members unless you give clear permission for wider sharing or publication.
We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us operate the website and community, host data, process payments, deliver email, run forms and events, provide video meetings, prevent spam, or maintain security. These may include WordPress and BuddyBoss-related services, our web host, Gravity Forms, email-delivery providers, Stripe, event tools, and video-meeting providers when those services are used. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Cookies and similar technologies help the site remember logins and preferences, maintain security, process account activity, and understand basic site use. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent account or community features from working.
Posts and resources may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, including affiliate links selected by Fight For Our Health or by individual contributors.
When you click a third-party or affiliate link, the destination website or affiliate network may receive technical and referral information, such as your IP address, device or browser information, the referring page, and link identifiers. It may also use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Fight For Our Health does not control those third-party privacy practices.
An affiliate link may identify Fight For Our Health or an individual contributor as the referring party. Any compensation or benefit connected to the link is disclosed as described in our Disclaimer and Terms of Service. The destination website’s collection and use of information, including payment information, is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We retain account, membership, transaction, and community records for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Private prayer-request submissions are generally reviewed and deleted within 90 days. Unpublished healing-story submissions are generally reviewed and deleted within 365 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed or you have given publication permission. Published community content may remain until removed by you or an administrator, subject to backups and legal recordkeeping.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or online community can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Fight For Our Health accounts and paid memberships are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through community registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Fight For Our Health is not a medical provider, health plan, or medical-records system. Please do not submit medical records or information needed for emergency care. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource in your location.
We may update this policy as our services change. The updated date at the top shows when the current version became effective. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, community, or email.
