Last updated: September 2, 2026

Fight For Our Health respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect through our website, Healthy & Whole community, Made for More Collective, programs, courses, events, forms, and communications, and how we use and protect that information.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile information: your name, email address, community name, username, password credentials stored in protected form, and profile details you choose to provide.
  • Membership and purchase information: the plan or program you choose, transaction status, billing dates, and related account records. Payment processors handle full payment-card information. Fight For Our Health does not store your full card number.

  • Program and event information: registrations, attendance records, course progress, questions, and support communications.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, login records, cookies, security logs, and basic website activity.

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, community access, memberships, courses, events, and support.
  • Process payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, receipts, and access changes.
  • Moderate the community, respond to reports, protect members, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security.
  • Send service messages, requested reminders, and communications you have chosen to receive.
  • Review private prayer requests and healing-story submissions according to the visibility and permission choices you make.
  • Improve our website, community, programs, and member experience.
  • Meet legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Public, member-only, and private information

Your community name and anything you share in a community area may be visible to other members who have access to that area. Do not post medical records, financial information, passwords, or information you do not want other members to see. Private prayer requests and healing-story submissions are reviewed only by authorized team members unless you give clear permission for wider sharing or publication.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us operate the website and community, host data, process payments, deliver email, run forms and events, provide video meetings, prevent spam, or maintain security. These may include WordPress and BuddyBoss-related services, our web host, Gravity Forms, email-delivery providers, Stripe, event tools, and video-meeting providers when those services are used. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies help the site remember logins and preferences, maintain security, process account activity, and understand basic site use. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent account or community features from working.

Third-party and affiliate links

Posts and resources may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, including affiliate links selected by Fight For Our Health or by individual contributors.

When you click a third-party or affiliate link, the destination website or affiliate network may receive technical and referral information, such as your IP address, device or browser information, the referring page, and link identifiers. It may also use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Fight For Our Health does not control those third-party privacy practices.

An affiliate link may identify Fight For Our Health or an individual contributor as the referring party. Any compensation or benefit connected to the link is disclosed as described in our Disclaimer and Terms of Service. The destination website’s collection and use of information, including payment information, is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention

We retain account, membership, transaction, and community records for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Private prayer-request submissions are generally reviewed and deleted within 90 days. Unpublished healing-story submissions are generally reviewed and deleted within 365 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed or you have given publication permission. Published community content may remain until removed by you or an administrator, subject to backups and legal recordkeeping.

  • Update available profile information through your account.
  • Use unsubscribe links or stated opt-out instructions for optional communications.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or online community can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Fight For Our Health accounts and paid memberships are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through community registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
