Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the Fight For Our Health website, Healthy & Whole community, Made for More Collective, programs, courses, events, resources, forms, and related communications. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or program, or using these services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create a community account or purchase a membership. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Your chosen community name is your public display name, while account and billing records may retain the identifying information reasonably needed to operate the service.

Community participation

  • Treat members, leaders, guests, and contributors with dignity and respect.
  • Do not harass, threaten, shame, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or deliberately mislead others.
  • Do not post spam, unlawful material, confidential information, medical records, or content that violates another person’s rights.
  • Do not diagnose, prescribe for, pressure, or promise health, spiritual, financial, or personal outcomes to another member.
  • Leaders create primary community posts at launch. Members may comment and react within the spaces available to them.
  • Respect the privacy of member discussions. Do not copy, record, screenshot, publish, or share another member’s content or identity without permission.

Health, coaching, and faith-based content

Fight For Our Health provides faith-based education, coaching, peer support, and community. It does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency services, or a substitute for licensed professional care. Results are not guaranteed. Symptoms, pain, grief, anxiety, fatigue, relationship concerns, or other needs may have many causes and should not be treated as proof of weak faith or a single underlying issue.

You remain responsible for your choices and for seeking qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional support when appropriate. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Memberships, billing, and cancellation

Healthy & Whole is the free community. Made for More Collective is a paid recurring membership. The founding offer is $47 per month when displayed at checkout. A paid membership renews automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account tools or by contacting connect@fight4ourhealth.com. Unless the checkout or a written offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees are generally not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods, missed sessions, seasonal breaks, or unused access, except where required by law or when Fight For Our Health confirms a billing error. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Prices, schedules, and included benefits may change. Any material change affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal where required.

Made for More schedule

Made for More ordinarily includes Tuesday 7:00 PM small groups, Thursday 12:00 to 2:00 PM office hours, live teaching on the first Thursday evening of most months, and ongoing challenges, check-ins, application, and calling-focused growth. Planned seasonal and holiday breaks are part of the program rhythm. Specific dates and availability may change, and private joining details belong inside the member space.

Events, courses, and third-party services

Events, courses, coaching programs, and separately purchased resources may have additional terms, prices, schedules, eligibility requirements, or refund information presented at registration. Some services use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, video meetings, or other features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

Contributor content and affiliate links

Authorized contributors may include relevant affiliate links in their posts or resources when permitted by Fight For Our Health. A link may be associated with a contributor’s own independent affiliate account, and that contributor—not Fight For Our Health—may receive a commission, referral fee, discount, free product, or other benefit if a reader clicks, signs up, or purchases.

Contributors must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material relationship in plain language within the same post, close to the recommendation or link. A contributor may not rely only on the general disclosures in these Terms or the Disclaimer.

Affiliate links do not make the linked products or services part of Fight For Our Health and do not create a warranty, guarantee, or endorsement unless expressly stated. Contributors remain responsible for the truthfulness of their content, compliance with their professional scope and legal obligations, and the accuracy of any claims. Fight For Our Health may label, limit, or remove affiliate content, or restrict posting privileges, to enforce these Terms or applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

Fight For Our Health materials are owned by Fight For Our Health or used with permission. Unless written permission says otherwise, your purchase or membership provides a personal, limited, nontransferable right to use the materials. You may not copy, sell, publish, teach from, distribute, scrape, record, or create derivative products from protected materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content in a community area, you give Fight For Our Health a limited license to host, display, format, and transmit it as needed to operate that area. Public use of a healing story, testimonial, recording, name, likeness, or private prayer request requires the separate permission described at the point of submission or in a written release.

Moderation and termination

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, comply with law, investigate misconduct, or maintain service security. We may also discontinue a service, with appropriate notice or remedy where required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight For Our Health disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our services change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.

Questions about these terms may be sent to connect@fight4ourhealth.com.
