It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, fight4ourhealth.com and community.fight4ourhealth.com use cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
How We Use Cookies
We may use Cookie Information (small text files that are stored on browsers or devices by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements) and Automatically Collected Information to: (a) authenticate users, (b) personalize our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Services; (c) provide customized advertisements, content, and information across your devices; (d) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Services and third-party marketing activities; (e) monitor and analyze aggregate site usage metrics and trends such as total number of visitors, pages viewed and popular content to better understand the online behaviors and interests of people who leverage our services; and (f) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities. We may also allow others to provide audience measurement and analytics services for us, to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet, and to track and report on the performance of those advertisements. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and other technologies to identify the devices used by visitors to our websites, as well as when they visit other online sites and services. Certain Services are only available through the use of Cookies, so if you choose to disable or decline Cookies, your use of certain Services may be limited or not possible.
Sensitive health and genetic information
Please do not post genetic reports, medical records, or sensitive identifying details or other personally identifiable information on the website. Genetic wellness services require a separate notice and appropriate consent identifying which laboratory processes samples, which reports we receive, where information is stored, who can access it, and how deletion works. That notice must be available before information is collected. A website community post, prayer request, message, or coaching exchange is not protected as a confidential medical record.
Who receives information
Your community name, profile information, and contributions may be visible to other members with access to the relevant community area, subject to the visibility settings available for that information. Responses to our community registration questions are restricted to administrators. Available profile-field privacy settings do not necessarily hide your entire profile or your activity elsewhere in the community.
Authorized staff and service providers may access information as needed to operate the community, provide support, maintain security, and moderate content.
We share information with service providers that help us host and maintain the website, process payments, deliver emails and notifications, and provide scheduling and community features. Depending on the service, this may include contact information, transaction details, technical information, and content needed to deliver that service.
When you use an embedded video, payment service, or other third-party feature, that provider may also collect information directly under its own privacy policy.
Email and text choices
Account and requested-service notices are separate from optional marketing. Use marketing-email unsubscribe links. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in promotional texts. Separate text opt-ins identify the sender, message types, frequency, rates, and opt-out process. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help where supported. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for services, legal and accounting requirements, disputes, and security. Certain laws or regulations may require preservation; account termination does not authorize indefinite retention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Our Commitment to Protecting and Storing your Data Securely
We are committed to using all appropriate guardrails to optimize the security of your data and our systems. While we cannot ensure that personal information may not be altered, accessed, disclosed, or destroyed by a breach; we strive to protect the information above by complying with applicable US Federal and State Regulations. If we become aware of a breach of administrative, operational, etc., systems then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. If users transmit any information to us through our Services or store on the Site, you do so at your own risk. Given the above, we advise that our users take any precautionary measures they can to protect their personal data.
By using our Services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically at the e-mail address you have provided to us. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice of a security breach), please email us at connect@fight4ourhealth.com.
Requests and changes
Contact connect@fight4ourhealth.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights. We may verify identity and explain lawful limits. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain why and provide information about any appeal rights available to you. Account deletion may not erase required records or copies others received. Under our adult-only membership policy, we do not knowingly offer accounts to minors. Contact us about a child’s information. We will date policy changes and provide required notice or consent for material revisions.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Fight For Our Health LLC does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If we learn at any time that we have been providing services to or have collected the information of a child under the age of 13 then we will immediately destroy this personal information unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. - Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to keep any information in our archives that we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL)
CASL applies to commercial electronic messages (CEMs) of all types (i.e., email, texts, sound, voice or image messages) meant to encourage participation in a commercial activity (e.g., offer to purchase a product, advertise or promote a product). Its key feature requires organizations that send CEMs within, from, or to Canada to receive consent from the consumer before sending messages. Consent can be obtained either explicitly or implicitly. Examples of explicit consent include but are not limited to signing up for our mailing list online, entering sweepstakes and contests, and information requests made via one of our online services. Implied consent stems from either the purchase of a product or inquiry about a product; implied consent is considered valid for 24 months following the purchase of a product, and 6 months following an inquiry about a product.
If you are on our commercial electronic messages mailing list, you may unsubscribe from it at any time. Unsubscribe instructions are included with each of our emails. You may also visit our online email page and unsubscribe. If you choose to unsubscribe, your address will be removed in no more than 10 business days. Please allow 5 days for us to remove your email address from any future mailings. Please note that should you order from us in the future, you will still receive order and shipping confirmations from us via email below.
Governing Law

This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
