Written from experience.
Rooted in faith.

Iโ€™m Jessica. Iโ€™m certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and an IIN certified Integrative Health Coach. After years of pain and fear, Iโ€™m now 99% pain-free. This course grew out of my own healing journey, what Iโ€™ve learned, and the role God has played in it.

My years as an entrepreneur also taught me how easily work, approval, and feeling needed can become tied to our sense of worth. I share what God helped me recognize in my own life so you can look honestly at yours, bring your whole self to Him, and begin moving forward with hope.

Who this course is for

You may be living with chronic pain or recurring symptoms and feel worn down by fear, uncertainty, or constantly checking how you feel. You may be seeking answers for unexplained symptoms and want support for how you respond while continuing appropriate medical care.

You may feel overwhelmed by worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, grief, or strained relationships. You love God, but you are tired of carrying pressure and trying to get everything right.

You may have built a business, changed jobs, reached goals, or filled your life with good things and still wonder why you feel unsatisfied. You want to understand what you have been chasing and what a meaningful life with God could look like.

You may simply want to go deeper in your walk with God, slow down, renew your mind through His Word, and bring your real emotions into your relationship with Him.

And you may be in a good season. This course is also for the person who wants to build healthier rhythms now and be better prepared for the challenges that will eventually come.

What youโ€™ll learn to practice

  • Recognize recurring thoughts, fears, and habits that shape how you respond to everyday life.
  • Understand pain reprocessing and explore a more curious response to familiar, appropriately evaluated symptoms.
  • Bring difficult emotions and old beliefs into honest reflection with God.
  • Notice how achievement, approval, and feeling needed can become tied to your sense of worth.
  • Practice rest, forgiveness, boundaries, clearer communication, and practical care for your body.
  • Prepare for hard days and make room for joy, meaningful relationships, and purpose.

When the next achievement never feels like enough

Maybe you keep thinking the next job, the next income goal, or the next accomplishment will finally make you feel settled. You reach it, enjoy it for a moment, and soon find yourself looking for what comes next.

In this course, we look at the pressure to prove our worth, the desire to be needed, and the beliefs underneath our striving. Work and ambition can be good gifts. We can examine what we are asking them to give us and begin making choices rooted in our relationship with Jesus, our responsibilities, and what matters most.

You donโ€™t have to wait for a crisis to begin

There will always be people, pain, and problems. We cannot control everything life brings, but we can learn how to meet it with greater wisdom, healthier habits, and a deeper trust in God.

Being proactive gives us room to recognize patterns before they create more strain. We can practice honest communication before resentment builds, receive rest before we are depleted, and learn to bring difficult feelings to God instead of pushing them aside. These practices cannot promise a life without illness or hardship. They give us tools to draw on through the changing seasons of life.

The opening lesson shares my story, introduces the connection between the brain and body, and helps you prepare for Day 1. Here is one of the reflection prompts you can read before you enroll.

What I Hope Is Different 28 Days From Now

In your My Healing Journey notebook, describe what you hope will be different by the end of this course. Include more than symptoms. Consider your relationship with God, thought life, emotions, relationships, and care of your body.

From โ€œBefore You Begin: Understanding Your Pain and Symptoms.โ€

One main exercise each day

Each lesson has one clearly marked Main Exercise so you know where to focus. You might work with one thought, write one honest prayer, practice listening, or choose one small health habit.

When you want more reflection, you will find it under โ€œGoing Deeper: Additional exercises.โ€ Those exercises are optional. You can return to them later without feeling that you have fallen behind.
